Welcome to Dear Medley. By using our website and buying a song, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

What we make

Dear Medleycreates a personalized, original song from the details you give us, using artificial intelligence, and delivers it as a digital gift — a song, plus an optional card, slideshow, and a private link to share. Because every song is generated by AI from your input, each one is unique and results vary; we can’t guarantee a specific sound, lyric, or outcome.

Your content and your song

• The photos, voice or video recordings, names, and stories you provide stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to create and deliver your gift.
• You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, and that it isn’t unlawful, hateful, or infringing.
• Once your song is finished, it’s yours to keep, play, and share with the person it’s for.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use Dear Medley to create content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that impersonates someone without their permission. We may decline or remove anything that breaks these rules.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and charged securely through our payment processor. Songs are made to order, so please see our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Provided “as is”

We work hard to make every song special, but Dear Medleyis provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
